He presently conducts hearings in divorces, landlord-tenant disputes, and personal injury cases.
Principal Law Clerk – Chief Judge NYS Court of Appeals
Bahr drafted decisions and analyzed legal issues for the Chief Judge of the State of New York.
Staff Attorney – Legal Aid Society
Bahr represented hundreds of of poor and working class people in criminal proceedings.
Support Magistrate – Supreme Court
He presided over 10,000 hearings including child and spousal support and paternity trials; and, as the Integrated Domestic Violence Support Magistrate, ensured the safety of domestic violence victims.
Court Attorney – Family Court
He conferenced custody and guardianship cases, and drafted opinions in juvenile delinquency and child support cases.
